That is the name we all hear and want to avoid. Salmonella is a bacterium that causes diarrhea, fever, vomiting, and stomach cramps. Not something you or your dog would want.
Another negative effect on dogs in eating raw eggs is to inhibit the biotin and trypsin found in the small intestine. These enzymes are needed for normal digestion. Suppose that a deficiency of these two enzymes can lead to many serious side effects in your dog, including chronic diarrhea, malnutrition, alopecia (severe hair loss), and other side effects.

Proper cooking of denaturing eggs (killing or reducing) is the result of two bad inhibitors of the required enzymes. Just make sure your eggs are fully cooked – cracked eggs can be no.
Dogs love eggs and can eat them in any way I can get them. Either raw or cooked and it is up to you, the owner. Watching what they eat because the effects of eating raw eggs for dogs can be very painful for the dog and I am very upset.
